Reservations are made by telephone. Call (208)890-6627 to make a reservation. Please try to reserve your spot at least two weeks in advance of your preferred date. We understand that this isn’t always possible, and will do our best to accommodate you and your party.
We will need to know how many in your party. If you are unsure of your head count, the minimum you expect will do.
Our minimum number of guests is 2 and our maximum number of guests is 8. Parties of 8 incur an automatic driver gratuity of $65.00.
We’ll need to know where to pick up your party. A $15.00 fee will be added for each additional pick-up location.
We only pick up at residences or hotels.
To be served at the wineries, you must be 21 years of age and have a government issued identification.
When a reservation is made a deposit is required to secure the date of your tour.
Please have a credit or debit card ready to make your deposit. We do not keep credit-card information.
The amount of the deposit depends on the tour type (full or half day) you choose and number in your party. Deposits made within 5 days of the tour are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The balance of the tour amount is due the day of the tour;credit, debit, cash or check are accepted. Returned checks incur a $25.00 fee in addition to the amount due.
Deposits will be fully refunded if cancellation is made 5 business days prior to your tour. Cancellations after 5 business days are non-refundable.
All photographs taken are the property of Idaho Winery Tours and can be used on-line, or in other marketing materials. We will use respectful discretion in the use of our photos, and will not publish any photos that show our guest in any way that makes them appear in poor taste.
